- Demonstrates fiscal accountability by maintaining budget and/or justifies variances
- Takes responsibility and risks to improve service to patients/families
Professional: Practice
- Currently holds or is pursuing nursing certification in clinical specialty and/or advanced nursing degree
- Demonstrates a strong spirit of inquiry and promotes evidence based nursing practice, quality outcomes and/or nursing research
